Job scope:
To work as part of the People Team to support the development of the staff teams by enabling them to help improve the health and well-being of the people we support in order to attain positive outcomes.
Facilitate and deliver a comprehensive training and development programme including induction, mandatory and statutory training, Conflict Management & Resolution (PBM), to all Services across our Adults, Children’s and Education divisions.
To ensure Services are able to contribute positively to the organisation’s overall compliance requirements for Regulatory Authorities and Professional Bodies.
Regular traveling is required.
Location: Home based (preferably Gateshead/Durham/Tyne & Wear area) with frequent travel to Newcastle and occasional travel to Manchester area. Occasional travel to other locations may be required.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £31,500 Per Annum + Car Allowance of £250 Per Month (£3000 Per Annum)
