Team Leader (Supported Living) – Peterborough & Kettering
Salutem Care and Education are recruiting a Team Leader to work across two of our supported living services: New Road (Peterborough) and Regal Drive (Kettering).
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in services while also leading and developing staff, supporting quality and compliance, and helping the people we support live full and meaningful lives.
About the services
New Road – Peterborough (5-bed supported living)
New Road supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. Working pattern
This role is split across both locations:
- New Road (Peterborough): 10 hours supernumerary + 10 hours shift work per week
- Regal Drive (Kettering): 10 hours supernumerary + 10 hours shift work per week
(Total: 40 hours per week across both services.)
