We are looking for an experienced Registered Locality / Regional Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of Supported Living services across the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong multi-site leader who can inspire teams, champion quality, and deliver excellent outcomes for the people we support.
You will be highly organised, systems-focused, and possess exceptional attention to detail, ensuring services are safe, compliant, financially sustainable, and consistently deliver person-centred support. You'll have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and driving continuous improvement across multiple locations.
