As a Senior Support Leader, you will provide hands-on leadership and support to a team of Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. Working closely with individuals, colleagues, families, and external professionals, you will help drive positive outcomes, promote independence, and maintain high standards across the service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support.
• Coordinate day-to-day service operations, prioritise workloads, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Lead shifts and deputise for the Shift Nurse when required.
• Act as a key worker, supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals, develop life skills, and maximise independence.
• Build positive relationships with families, social workers, and external agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and communication systems in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Support the admission, transition, and ongoing development of individuals using the service.
• Monitor standards, provide coaching and guidance to staff, and act as a positive role model.
• Oversee petty cash and support compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, equality, and company policies.
• Participate in meetings, training, and continuous professional development to enhance service quality.
