Beaumont College – Where ambition, creativity and collaboration thrive
Beaumont College is a specialist post‑16 college within Salutem Care and Education, supporting young adults aged 18–25 with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, complex needs and communication differences. With our main campus in Lancaster and day colleges across Blackpool, Carlisle, South Lakes and Sussex, we deliver personalised learning programmes that build confidence, independence and real‑world skills for adulthood.
What makes Beaumont truly special is our vibrant multidisciplinary team. Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Dietitians, education staff and care colleagues work side‑by‑side every day, creating fun, meaningful and aspirational opportunities for our students. This collaborative energy shapes everything we do and ensures each learner is supported to achieve their full potential.
Joining Beaumont means stepping into a warm, welcoming community where staff are valued, supported and encouraged to grow. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive induction, ongoing professional development and access to Salutem Extras — including free online GP services, wellbeing support and lifestyle benefits.
If you’re passionate about empowering young people, love working creatively as part of an MDT and want to make a genuine difference, Beaumont College is an inspiring place to build your career.
