About the Role: Support Worker
Are you an experienced support worker looking for a fresh opportunity? We’re currently recruiting passionate individuals to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to children and young people with complex needs.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
- Promote independence, inclusion, and well-being
- Support young people in daily activities, education, and social engagement
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and professionals
- Participate in training, supervision, and development opportunities
- Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties
- Uphold health and safety standards and safeguarding practices
Requirements:
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Willingness to work towards (or already hold) the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
- Commitment to continuous learning and reflective practice
