Staff support students with their individual care needs, daily routines and personal development, while encouraging choice, inclusion and participation in daily life. The care provided within the residential service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, ensuring that students receive high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and active participation in the community.
