Job scope:
You will manage the recruitment process up to the point of offer accepted for roles across all divisions, posting vacancies to the ATS (Eploy) ensuring managers are using the system to track and progress candidates, arranging interviews, sourcing cvs for all hard to fill vacancies through job board searches, dealing with offers with candidates and any offer negotiations and then passing all offers accepted across to the onboarding team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Recruitment support to the business throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Administer the ATS (Eploy) to ensure the system is being used correctly.
- Using Eploy you will process candidates from application through to employment offer, at this point handing the candidate to the HR Admin team.
- Posting vacancies using the vacancy poster and Eploy to all relevant job boards.
- Arranging interviews with candidates after liaising with manager availability, ensuring these are booked via the ATS.
- Using job boards to do Boolean searches to source passive candidates that have not applied for our roles.
- Building great relationships with managers to ensure they feel supported through the recruitment process.
- Having full understanding of the different processes across each division within Salutem to ensure safer recruitment is adhered to.
- To assist the team in times of absence and annual leave, using initiative to cover work where required.
- Communicate with the Divisional Teams and HR teams on a daily basis, working effectively and reliably as part of the wider people team.
- Having excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise workload will be vital in this role.
