Our students love to learn, and we love to see them make the progress that they are capable of, which not everyone thought was possible. You will have an empathy and understanding for our students, alongside a supportive and ambitious vision for them to each achieve their potential, then Beaumont College.
You will benefit from small class sizes as a dedicated Learning Support Worker, and high ratios of student support workers. This is intended to underpin highly personalised learning opportunities and interactions. You will also work alongside the expertise of a multi-disciplinary team including positive behaviour practitioners, nurses, assistive technologists, occupational and physiotherapists where relevant to the learner.
Our learning support roles are term time only, and you will be supported to access training as a teacher but also in multidisciplinary team working.
