Following the Conductive Education approach, the focus is on the holistic development of everyone, including their physical and communication skills.
We are currently recruiting Learning Support Workers to join our teams of staff who support groups of around eight students in all aspects of the learning day. For all posts you should have a related level 3 qualification, or the willingness to acquire it ‘on the job’ and be experienced in working with children or young people.
You will be involved in all parts of the student’s day as a member of a team creating a learning environment that delivers the curriculum to ensure student progress, maintain excellent standards of care and ensure health and safety in accordance with the school's ethos.
