As a Team Leader at Salutem Healthcare, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our supported living services. You’ll lead a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, working closely with your Locality Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on support, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting independence for the people we support.
